Born in Catcliffe I have lived in Treeton since 1964, with my wife and two daughters.

My main interests are the countryside and environment and my love of walking. Unfortunately, this is being spoilt by 'off road' motorcycles and we must try to curtail this so that people can go out and enjoy the countryside with pleasure.

I have been a Parish Councillor since 5th June 1979.

I am a Borough Councillor representing Treeton in the Rother Vale Ward.

I am Chair of the Rother Valley West Area Assembly
