Employment Land Review - June/July 2010
The Council is in the process of replacing its current Unitary Development Plan with a series of new planning documents to create a Local Development Framework.
As part of providing a robust evidence base to help inform and prepare the Local Development Framework the Council has updated its Employment Land Review. This looks at:
- How our economy is currently performing
- What changes might occur in the local economy in the future
- How much land is needed for new industries, and
- How suitable different sites and premises are to provide for future job needs
The Employment Land Review is available for consultation for a four week period between 23rd June and 23rd July 2010.
