The full Parish Council meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm in the Village Hall.
The Agenda for full Parish Council meetings will be published on the LATEST NEWS section of the website 5 days prior to the meeting.
In addition there is one Committee: -
The Allotments Committee meets quarterly on the third Tuesday in February, May, August and November at 6.30pm in the Village Hall.
The Finance Committee which used to meet on the first Tuesday of each month has been discontinued as changes to payment dates and receipt of bank statements had rendered it superfluous. Agenda items from the Finance Committee are now dealt with at the main Parish Council meeting
Notices of all Parish Council meetings and Committees are displayed on the 3 Parish Council notice boards (Union St, Village Hall and Dowcarr Lane Woodall) at least 5 days before they take place.
Members of the public can attend all Parish Council meetings and Committees. Time is set aside for questions from members of the public.
