Minutes of all the Town Council meetings are available for the public at the regular monthly meetings.
Copies of the minutes are circulated to the Dinnington library and the Dinnington Guardian newspaper.
Records of the minutes, signed by the Chairman of the Council are kept by the Town Clerk and Finance Officer.
