Committees

The Town Council has two sub committees that deal with specific issues not normally discussed at full Council meetings. Any decisions by these committees are put to the full Council meetings for further scrutiny or approval.

The two sub committees are:-

a) The Lyric and Land Committee which deals with any matters concerning land in the

    parish and the Lyric Theatre/dancehall.

b) The staffing and finance committee. This committee deals with all staff and

    financial matters.

The sub committees have no regular meeting dates but are called on to meet as and when

required.
