Tuesday 13 March 2012 - 6.45 pm (the meeting will be adjourned to allow the Annual Parish Meeting to take place from 7.30 pm.  The Parish Council meeting will then continue after the Annual Parish Meeting).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PARISH COUNCIL MEETINGS

 

Parish Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month (except August) commencing 7.15 pm in the Parish Hall, Rosegarth Avenue, Aston, Sheffield S26 2DD.

 

Notices - Notices of meetings are posted on Parish Council notice boards around the Parish and in the Parish Hall.

 

Agenda - Agendas are available at the commencement of each meeting.

 

Public Participation - Members of the public are welcome to attend Parish Council meetings.

 

Following completion of the first business (election of Chairperson/receipt of declarations of acceptance of office as necessary) the Parish Council will invite members of the public to put questions on relevant parish matters or to make statements appertaining to items on the agenda for the meeting prior to the commencement of other business.  This is for a period of up to 15 minutes and shall be limited to 3 minutes per person.

 

Contributions from the Police - The Police are invited to attend every meeting of the Parish Council to contribute to discussion on the safety and well-being of the community.

 

Annual Parish Meeting - In March each year the Annual Parish Meeting is held.

 

The times and dates of meetings may be subject to change.  Any person wishing to attend a Parish Council meeting is advised to check details with the Parish Office.
